Durango Events Calendar: Things to do in Durango and Bayfield

Highlight of the Week

The 22nd annual San Juan Brewfest will take place from noon to 5 p.m. Saturday and noon to 4 p.m. Sunday at Buckley Park.

Ticket holders receive unlimited tastings from up to 30 breweries, a souvenir tasting glass and performances by two live bands. The festival will take place rain or shine.

Tickets are $45, and there is no VIP pass this year. Designated driver tickets are $30 and holders will receive free mocktails from local bars at the festival. This is a 21-and-older event.

Because of COVID-19 precautions, admittance this year will require either proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID-19 rest result dated no more than two days before event date.

Proceeds benefit United Way of Southwest Colorado.

Eighth annual Thirsty 13 Half Marathon, 8 to 11 a.m., run on La Posta Road (County Road 213). Runners will head south on County Road 213 approximately 6 miles and return along the same route, starting and finishing at Ska Brewing. No road closures.
