The fifth annual Ignacio Chamber of Commerce Green Chile Fest will be held from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 4, at Farmers Fresh, 535 Goddard Ave., Ignacio.
Compete in the annual Green Chile Cook-off and Salsa Competition, sponsored by Farmers Fresh Market. Sample green chile and salsa and vote for favorites for the People’s Choice Award.
Music will be peformed by Tyller Gummersall and Kate Willyard, sponsored by TBK Bank, and there will also be a circus performance by the Secret Circus Society, chile roasting, vendors and a beer garden hosted by Bottom Shelf Brewery and Wells Liquor South.
The festival will also feature a corn hole tournament benefiting FFA.
