Durango High Noon Rotary has awarded more than $20,000 in scholarships to local students.

College recipients:

Talissa Bahr, Mancos High School, undecided, Fort Lewis College.

Sydney Brown, Colorado Connections Academy, veterinary technician, San Juan College.

Sydnee Cruz, Ignacio High School, criminal investigations, college to be decided.

Elizabeth Dilworth, Durango Big Picture, zoology, college to be decided.

Sage Franks, Mancos High School, sociology, college to be decided.

Brianna Henderson, Ignacio High School, social worker, Fort Lewis College/Denver University.

Jalynn Nicoly, Animas High School, psychology, college to be decided.
