Durango High Noon Rotary Club will have its annual Changing of the Guard event from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Thursday at the DoubleTree Hotel, 501 Camino del Rio.
The gavel will be passed from current president Jerome Bleger to new president Tami Joslin, as well as to other new club leaders.
Community members are welcome. Lunch will be available for $17.
