Durango City Councilor Dean Brookie will provide a homeless issues update during the Durango High Noon Rotary Club meeting at 11:45 a.m. Thursday at the DoubleTree Hotel, 501 Camino del Rio.
Community members are welcome to attend. Lunch is available for $17.
