Zoe Schultz, a 2012 graduate of Durango High School, is now pursuing an advanced degree in Great Britain.
After leaving Durango, she earned a double-major degree in anthropology and archaeology from Montana State University in 2017. She then studied at University College-London and earned two master’s degrees: a Master of Science in Primate Behavior and Evolution; and a Master of Research in Biodiversity, Evolution and Conservation.
Currently in London, she is conducting urban wildlife research for the Zoological Society of London. In September, she will begin working on her Ph.D. in Evolutionary Developmental Biology at Durham University/Oxford.
Schultz is the daughter of longtime Durango resident Michael Schultz and his late wife, Joanna Lewis.
