Michael Bazan of General Acrylics based in Phoenix uses a roller in the application of artificial turf on the athletic fields of Durango High School.
The grand opening for the new Durango High School stadium will be held at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 23.
Opening ceremonies will be followed by the 7 p.m. kickoff of the homecoming football game.
