Against Liberty, senior Lucas Betz scored two goals. Senior Loudon Doemland and junior Bryson Quimby also scored one goal apiece.

Durango led 2-1 after the first period, but Liberty tied it up at 2-2 after two periods. However, the Demons used a strong third period to finish off Liberty.

On Saturday against Colorado Academy, Durango played in another nail-biter and prevailed.
