The Rock Lounge will host the UIAA /AAC Ice World Cup and North American Ice Climbing Championships Dec. 14 through Dec. 17 at Ska Brewing Co.

100 elite youth and adult climbers will participate, and the event will help pick the U.S. team for the next Youth World Cup in Champagne, France.

Adult climbers will compete for a $16,000 prize purse and use the event as a pathway to the Winter Olympic Games.
