Durango Montessori School will host an electronics recycling fundraiser to celebrate Earth Day from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday at the Smiley Building, 1309 East Third Ave.
The fundraiser will accept appliances, batteries, cables and cords, computers, fax machines, monitors, mobile or cordless phones, printers, RC toys, TVs, VCRs and video cameras. Most items with a battery or electronics will be accepted. Light bulbs will not be accepted.
Suggested minimum donation is $15. Suggested donations for TVs and monitors less than 32 inches is $30 and $50 for those greater than 32 inches.
