Durango Nature Studies will host a cleanup day from 9 a.m. to noon April 13 at the Nature Center, south of Durango.
Winter took a toll on the Nature Center, and cleaning up is necessary before school visits and camps get started. Volunteers are needed to help remove downed branches and spruce up trails.
Participants, who do not need to RSVP, should bring work clothes, gloves and water.
