Local doula Abbie Downing of Animas Birth Doula will host a Birth Partner Workshop 10 to 11:15 a.m. April 26 at Durango Public Library, 1900 East Third Ave.
This 75-minute workshop for expecting couples will cover all the ways to move and physically engage with your partner during labor to ease pain, increase oxytocin hormone and feel in control of the process.
Space is limited, so registration is required. Register only one person per couple.
