Durango Public Library hosts HOA program

Durango Public Library will host “What Does a Quality HOA Look Like?” from 6 to 7:30 p.m. April 14 at the library, 1900 East Third Ave.

This in-person, HOA Homeowner Education event will empower local property owners to learn more about what a quality community association (HOA, POA, etc.) looks like.

Topics will include: the definition and primary purpose of a community association; the roles and responsibilities of board members, homeowners and management company; how to evaluate an association’s health, and more. Homeowners from any community association are welcome.

This event will be hosted by Alex Whittow, CMCA, of Reliance Management LLC.

All Durango Public Library programs are free and open to the public.
