Durango Public Library customers may now access library services and materials on their personal devices via a new mobile app. The app is available in the Google Play and iOS App stores (search “Durango Public Library”).
The new app will allow customers to:
Browse the online catalog.Place items on hold for curbside pickup.Browse and reserve items in The New York Times Bestsellers and Recommended Reads Carousel.Find library hours, location and contact information.Access and manage account details.Manage other library accounts in a family using the “Linked Accounts” feature.Set preferences for the appearance of your app home page.Create a “scannable” digital library card to store in the app.Access the library’s digital collection in one convenient location.Scan the ISBN bar code from the back of a book to see if Durango Public Library has a copy available.The mobile app was part of the recent Integrated Library System migration.
