Durango School District 9-R will host an overview of the gifted and talented program from 5:30 to 7 p.m. May 25 in the multipurpose room at Needham Elementary School, 2425 West Third Ave.
Enrichment opportunities, identification, social and emotional needs, differentiation in the classroom and advanced-learning plans will be covered during the evening.
Light appetizers will be served and childcare is available.
