Durango School District 9-R nurse Laura Schiavone and social worker Teresa Jennings will host a Youth Mental Health First Aid course from 8:15 a.m. to 4 p.m. April 13 in the board room at the 9-R administration building, 201 E. 12th St.
Participants will learn how to assist young people who may be in crisis or facing early stages of mental health problems.
