Durango School District 9-R schools will hold winter music performances in December:
6:30 p.m., Dec. 12: The Riverview Elementary School choir and “Be Frank” Orchestra will perform a winter concert at the school’s Eagle Theater, 2900 Mesa Ave.7 p.m., Dec. 13: An instrumental music concert will be held at Miller Middle School, 2608 Junction St.5:30 p.m., Dec. 14: Sunnyside and Park Elementary schools will hold a holiday string concert at Park Elementary School, 510 East Sixth Ave.6:30 p.m., Dec. 20: A vocal music concert will be held at Miller Middle School, 2608 Junction St.6 p.m., Dec. 21: The Escalante Middle School seventh- and eighth-grade choir, band and orchestra will perform at the school, 141 Baker Lane.
