Turf maintenance being conducted on the Smith Sports Complex fields at Fort Lewis College
To improve the quality of parks, the city of Durango will apply turf fertilizer to three locations:
July 21 at Buckley Park, 1200 Main Ave., and Smith Sports Complex, Fort Lewis College, 1480 East Eighth Ave.July 24-25 at Confluence Park, Three Springs, 150 Confluence Ave.Dates are subject to change based on weather conditions.
Best management practices are promoted in the stewardship of city lands to ensure safe enjoyment of parks in the community.
