Effective immediately, the Durango Transit bus stop located in the Walmart parking lot has been relocated.
The stop, previously located in the parking lot in front of Walmart, has been moved to the southeast corner of the building, at the end of the sidewalk. The stop time will remain the same, with transit service arriving every 30 minutes – at 10 minutes and 40 minutes after the hour.
The Walmart transit stop was relocated because of safety concerns and route efficiency. A map of the new location can be found at www.DurangoTransit.com.
