Durango visit was best holiday ever

I have travelled all over the world, and my visit to Durango was the best holiday ever, featuring everything from a Jeep ride in the mountains, two plays in Creede, Mesa Verde, a fun western parade, a shootout, the Durango-Silverton train, the melodrama, fine dining, Western hospitality and a concert by the Durango Choral Society and the Music in the Mountains’ symphony that equaled any performance I have ever attended at the Sydney Opera House. It was glorious and performed brilliantly.

I also enjoyed a successful book signing for my latest novel, Long Road to Happiness, hosted by my American friend at St. Mark’s parish hall. Cairns, the location of the Great Barrier Reef, on one side of the world is a true paradise; I loved discovering another on the other side of the world.

A special thanks to all the wonderful people here who made this visit so memorable.
