As a friendly warning to those who will use the Animas River Trail as an e-bike testing ground, I will confront any e-biker who “accidentally” or non-accidentally threatens my family, just as I would an out-of-control cyclist.
This (Herald, June 28) is an atrocity to local public opinion. The Zinks and the predominantly aging e-bikers who advocated for this have no right to go 20 miles per hour on an occasionally sub-par paved and pedestrian path.
Somebody will be hurt or injured over this, undoubtedly. Wow, nice job Mayor Dick White and company.
