San Juan County, New Mexico, and ECHO – Economic Council Helping Others – have received additional San Juan County Cares Act money for the Emergency Assistance Program.
Community members who are past due on utility bills or rent are invited to call and speak about qualifying and setting an appointment to come in.
Applicants must have documentation from an employer or something similar stating they have been affected by COVID-19 pandemic.
