La Plata County Economic Alliance and Business Education Connection will co-host the “Your Future at Work” event from 10 to 11:15 a.m. Sept. 29 via Zoom.
The keynote speaker will be Janae Hunderman from the Business Education Connection. Hunderman supports work-based learning for students at Animas High School, Big Picture High School and Durango High School.
This event focuses on career conversations with the upcoming workforce from the surrounding area. Katherine Keegan, director of the Office of the Future of Work, CDLE, will also provide an update.
