A number of Edgemont Ranch residents lost telephone service Wednesday due to the failure of a piece of electronic equiment.
Service was lost from about 5 p.m. Tuesday to 11 a.m. today, said Peter Beaudette with Century Link.
About half the subdivision was affected, Beaudette said.
