Scholarship applications are now available
Applications are available for The Lew Goodhart Memorial Scholarship through the Western Colorado Community Foundation. This scholarship is awarded to people who demonstrate the desire, ability and determination to complete an education, but who, without financial assistance, would be unable to do so.
The scholarship is available to current college students and/or re-entry students who are western Colorado residents and have completed a minimum of 15 college credit hours. Only non-traditional students defined as adult students, age 22 or older, with a goal of completing their college education will be considered.
The application deadline is Monday. Two non-renewable scholarships of $1,000 will be awarded. The application is available at www.wc-cf.org. For more information, call Cecile Aday at (970) 243-3767.
