Animas High School announces programs

Animas High School students are selling locally roasted, fair-trade, organic coffee from Desert Sun Coffee Roasters through Feb. 13 to raise money to increase free/reduced lunch options for students. AHS students debated and voted on where the coffee-sale proceeds would go, and because of the generosity of Desert Sun, each bag sold contributes nearly $6 to this effort.

Ashley Carruth and Jessica McCallum’s 11th-grade Honors Humanities Exhibition will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 Thursday in the Student Union at Fort Lewis College.
