Athletes of the Week to be announced
Each week, the Fort Lewis College Department of Athletics chooses two Skyhawks to be Student Athletes of the Week, based on their performance on the field or court.
Emily Bryant of Pagosa Springs was recognized on Sept. 7.
Bryant is majoring in elementary education while playing for the 2015-16 Skyhawks Women’s Cross Country team.
Jessica Thulson of Durango was recognized on Oct. 14; Thulson is majoring in history while playing for the 2015-16 Skyhawks Women’s Golf team.
Mary Rambo of Pagosa Springs was recognized on Nov. 23 and Dec. 7;
Rambo is majoring in athletic training while playing for the 2015-16 Skyhawks Women’s Basketball team.
Durango resident named to dean’s list
Erin Ganley of Durango has been named to the fall semester 2015 dean’s list at Azusa Pacific University.
