An Elements of Effective Dialogue class will be offered from 3 to 4:30 p.m. Oct. 25, Nov. 1, Nov. 8, Nov. 15 and Nov. 29 at Stitch A Quilt Store, 153 E. 15th St.
The class, taught by Rachel Turiel, will focus on conversations and common pitfalls that inhibit dialogue. Using the principles of nonviolent communication, conversations can be more satisfying, effective and connecting.
This class is applicable for talking with intimate partners, family members, colleagues and Facebook friends. The class is suitable for all levels of experience.
