DENVER – Emmanuel Mudiay made a 35-footer at the buzzer to finish with 27 points and give the Denver Nuggets a 104-103 victory over the Philadelphia 76ers on Wednesday night.

Mudiay, who also had 11 rebounds, was sandwiched between two defenders and nearly lost the ball before regaining control and launching the game-winning shot.

Nikola Jokic and Gary Harris added 18 points apiece for the Nuggets, who won their fifth consecutive at home.

T.J. McConnell had 17 points for the 76ers, who lost their seventh in a row. Robert Covington, who missed the previous six games with a concussion, added 16 points.

The game was played before a sparse crowd that braved daylong blizzard conditions to come to the game at the Pepsi Center.
