I am sure everyone is aware of a slump in the stock market and the economy in general. However, there is a larger movement going on. There is a Trump slump in his approval ratings. It’s about time.
After a period of despair and paralysis, I am now encouraged by the turnout at the April 5 Hands Off demonstration and march.
People are realizing how desperate we are to throw out the evil occupants of the federal government. I am encouraged by the results of recent special elections.
Some people who voted for Putin’s puppet last November now see that he had no intention of helping Ukraine, lowering food, housing and car prices or the cost of living in general.
He intends to raise inflation by instituting tariffs causing the price of all imported goods to go up. He wants a trade war just to cause chaos. He intends to gut the federal government to make it appear that he can pay for the permanent tax cut for himself and his billionaire friends.
He is truly evil in his efforts to erase all achievements of Black people and women. He wants to cut Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security benefits. He has attacked judges who rule against him, lawyers who defend organizations he attacks and some news media that don’t publish his propaganda. His pardon of the Jan. 6 criminals who stormed the Capitol is a slap in the face of law enforcement. He is truly evil.
