Dr. Lauri Costello will lead two discussions on Proposition 106, the End of Life Options Act, at 3 and 5:30 p.m. Oct. 13 at the Durango Public Library, 1900 East Third Ave.
Proposition 106 would give terminally ill, mentally capable adults who are Colorado residents access to prescription medication to end their lives, if their pain and suffering becomes unbearable.
