Erika, Rick and Andrea have demonstrated integrity, drive and an unwavering commitment to every student’s right to a safe, high-quality education. Under their steady leadership, Durango’s state rankings have climbed, and the district is now recognized across Colorado for strong academic performance and innovative programs.
Equally important, they have prioritized supporting teachers – investing in competitive pay, housing, professional development and resources educators need to thrive. They understand that when teachers are respected and equipped to succeed, students succeed as well.
