Brett Rosenbaugh from eXp Realty said the company recently launched “The Home Report” flash briefing on the Alexa device. La Plata County residents are now able to get a daily report of real estate news in the area.
The Home Report will feature select listings available in La Plata County as well as inform the public about any open houses coming up. Rosenbaugh anticipates that it will evolve into a platform where buyers or sellers can receive information about the daily market.
