The Fair Board is accepting theme ideas for the 2019 La Plata County Fair. Themes should reflect the family and community nature of the Fair. Themes or slogans should be kept to 10 words or less. Artwork is encouraged and can be dropped off with theme concept submissions at the La Plata County Extension Office at the Fairgrounds or mailed to: La Plata County Fairgrounds, 2500 Main Ave., Durango CO 81301. Submission(s) should be labeled with your name, mailing address and telephone number. Entries must be received by 5 p.m. Feb. 28. The winner of the chosen entry will receive a $100 cash prize.
The 2019 La Plata County Fair will be held August 7-11 at the Fairgrounds.
