The public is invited to a farewell reception for La Plata County Commissioner Clyde Church at 3:30 p.m. Monday in the Board Room of the County Administration Building, 1101 East Second Ave.
After more than six years of service, Church submitted his resignation June 23 with an effective date of Tuesday.
