Sue Mages purchases grass-fed beef Thursday afternoon from Beth LaSchell, coordinator of the Old Fort in Hesperus at the Old Fort Farm Stand at Fort Lewis College. The stand has been operating at the college since July 2009 and is open every other Thursday until June, when it will be open every Thursday. Profits from the farm stand help pay for various operations at the Old Fort.
