Farmington Electric Utility System switched its online payment provider to offer added benefits for customers. The new system is live and available at
FEUS tested the new online payment provider, Selectron Technologies, over the past year. Selectron is FEUS’s current interactive voice-response phone-system provider. The addition of online payments comes with an upgrade to the phone system.
Customers may now log in to their accounts to see charges, usage and make payments on multiple accounts with a new shopping cart feature. People with multiple accounts may access and pay all bills with one login. Bills may be paid one at a time or all at once using the shopping cart feature. The new online system and upgraded phone system will also allow for e-check payments.
FEUS customers, especially those who are signed up for automatic bank draft service, are encouraged to create a new account before the transition May 10. After this date, customers will no longer be able to access their accounts or make payments through the old system.
