“Fermentation,” a presentation by Nicole Clark, will be held at 6:30 p.m. July 17 at the Animas Valley Grange, 7271 County Road 203.
This program is free and open to the public with refreshments served at 6:15 p.m.
Clark is the Family and Consumer Science educator for Colorado State University. She found her professional niche in dietetics 13 years ago. Clark will share some of the basics of fermentation.
