Firefighters investigate smoke above Seasons Grill

Firefighters with the Durango Fire Protection District investigate smoke coming from the roof of Seasons Rotisserie & Grill on Friday morning on Main Avenue in Durango. They determined the smoke was from cooking in the kitchen.

Firefighters investigated smoke coming from the roof at Seasons Grill on Friday in Durango.

Firefighters determined the smoke was coming from cooking in the kitchen. Traffic in the 700 block of Main Avenue was partially blocked from about 11 to 11:10 a.m. while firefighters investigated.

The scene was cleared by 11:20 a.m.

“We got someone on the roof and determined it was just their cooking smoke.” said Tony Harwig, battalion chief with the Durango Fire Protection District.
