The ArtRoom Collective First Friday Art Crawl runs from 4 to 7 p.m. July 7 at the Smiley Building, 1309 East Third Ave.

At 5:30 p.m., featured artist Sharon Abshagen will demonstrate how she captures the beauty of Southwest light, trees and rocks through her oil painting. The Smiley Cafe will be open and offering beverages, wine and snacks.
