First National Bank of Durango recently hired two to its staff.
Laura Lane Rose was hired as a universal banker at the Durango Bodo office. Rose is from Searcy, Arkansas, graduated from Arkansas State University in management and moved to Durango in May.
Ross McDermott of La Plata County was hired as a mortgage loan originator at the mortgage lending office. He earned a double major in finance and marketing from University of Colorado. He most recently worked as a wealth advisor at Morgan Stanley.
