A free science camp for elementary school-age kids, “BASIC: Believe, Ask, Serve, Impact, Celebrate,” will be offered from 5:15 to 7:30 p.m. June 5-9 at First Presbyterian Church, 1159 East Third Ave.
Kids will engage in science-related activities, such as launching rockets and playing with slime, as they walk through the five elements of faith: believe, ask, serve, impact and celebrate.
The camp is open to 3-year-olds with birthdays before Sept. 1 to children entering fifth grade in the fall.
