First Southwest Bank has announced two of its customers, Altitude Technologies/Chinook Medical Gear and Skyline Hospitality, were both first-place winners for their size and location categories in the Governor’s Minority Business Awards.

FSWB’s Chief Development Officer, Sherry Waner, nominated the businesses for the awards.

The Governor’s Minority Business Awards are an honor bestowed upon for-profit, minority-owned businesses that have contributed to the economic diversity and success of minority communities in Colorado.

Winners will receive a cash award, training within the Colorado Small Business Development Center Network, video promotion, recognition at the 2020 Advance Colorado Procurement Expo, mentorship sessions with a prominent business leader in a matching industry, marketing consulting and strategy development and a ceremony at the Governor’s Mansion.
