Flags honor fallen officers

A flag of a different color is flying this week around Bayfield in honor of National Law Enforcement Week. One hundred twenty-four of the black, white and blue flags were placed on May 14 in the County Road 501 roundabout in honor of every officer killed in the U.S. in 2015. This flag is at the Pine River Valley Historical Society Museum on Mill Street.
