Mark Peuny tests his skills on what Chapman Hill employee Aaron Blue calls a “flat-down-flat” rail Friday afternoon. Chapman Hill has been installing features such as rails and moguls every year for the past five years. This season, Blue says, Chapman Hill brought back the moguls and rail features about a week after the ski area opened on Dec. 14.
