So, what do the Golden State Warriors and the Fort Lewis College men’s basketball program have in common? Let me count the ways.
Superb passing and ball movement. Reversing the ball from one side to the other is big in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference with the 35-second clock. Even with the 24-second clock, I noticed Golden State’s ability to reverse the ball for better shots.
A smaller lineup, with quickness and superb outside shooting.
I’ve been following RMAC basketball since moving to Denver in 1997. Bob Hofman and Bob Pietrack are class acts all the way. Coach Hofman is going out in style. He should enjoy his retirement. He will be missed!
