Florida Mesa School congratulates all 122 students who participated in the school’s Fall Fundraiser, selling 1,591 butter braids.
The fundraiser brought in $8,799.80 to go toward the school’s shade pavilion.
First place went to Ben Elliott for selling 93 butter braids, second place to Elizabeth Wancura for selling 90 and third place to Aliana Campos for selling 84.
They were able to dye Principal Vanessa Fisher’s hair blue and yellow during Mustang Roundup.
