The Life-Long Learning lecture series will hold a talk, by Fort Lewis College assistant professor of history Viktor Shmagin, about the roots of Japanese imperialism at 7 p.m. Thursday in Room 130 of Noble Hall, at Fort Lewis College, 1000 Rim Drive.
The lecture, titled “The Feudal Roots of Japanese Imperialism,” will describe the projection of Japanese power and world history in the 17th century.
