A homebuyer education class will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturday in Room 55 of the Education-Business Hall at Fort Lewis College, 1000 Rim Drive.
The class will teach participants about: HomesFund programs; credit score reports; household budgets, down payments and reducing debt; buying a home; mortgage payments and closing costs; mortgage loans; and purchase contracts.
Materials cost $15 at the door, payable by cash or check.
