Fort Lewis’ upcoming softball and women’s lacrosse home matchups have been postponed due to this weekend’s snowfall and unfavorable field conditions as a result of it.

The Skyhawks lacrosse team was scheduled to host Westminster in Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference play on Sunday, while the Skyhawks softball team’s RMAC series against Chadron State was slated for Monday.

Makeup dates are still to be determined, according to Fort Lewis’ athletics website.

The women’s lacrosse team will be on the road in Georgia and South Carolina later this week for three games over four days, facing Young Harris College, Southern Wesleyan University and Emmanuel University, respectively.

The softball team will play at Colorado School of Mines on March 23-24.
